Cassandra Cushman is a theatrical powerhouse, equally comfortable in contemporary comedies, musicals and on-camera. In NYC she has worked with The Public Theater/Shakespeare in the Park, Roundabout Theatre Company, BAM, and The Drama League, as well as regionally at theaters across the country. She holds an MFA in Acting from University of Illinois, where she trained with Tony-award winning director Daniel Sullivan, with many regional theatre credits in Chicago and beyond. She holds additional training with The Second City and Heidi Marshall Studio for on-camera. Her film credits currently include: HELLO AGAIN, IN YOUR SKIN and WILL AND THE BLUE.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, she is an arts advocate, part-time astrologer, and writer, and is currently developing a series for tv based on witches in the wellness/health community, writing a play based on her grandmother’s story of identity and adoption in Greece, as well as consulting on another project for ATTN/Quibi.
